Provider Google Calendar synchronization

Providers can choose to connect their Google account to synchronize Agentis appointments into an existing Google calendar where they have owner or writer access. We use the Google account identifier and verified email address to bind the connection to the provider, and read calendar identifiers, names, and access roles to let the provider choose a writable calendar.

With the provider’s consent, our servers create and update private appointment events in the selected calendar when Agentis bookings are created, rescheduled, or cancelled. This sends appointment details to Google. We read the integration’s event identifiers, revision information, and synchronization metadata to keep updates consistent and avoid duplicate events. Google Calendar changes do not change Agentis bookings.

Google describes the event permission as access to events on all calendars. Agentis uses that permission to synchronize its appointment events in the calendar the provider selects, including shared calendars where the provider has writer access.

Connection data is processed and stored on our Google Cloud-hosted servers. We store Google account and selected-calendar identifiers, encrypted authorization credentials, and synchronization records used to provide the integration. Google authorization credentials are kept on the server and are not stored in the provider’s browser. Synchronization records are retained with booking records to keep retries and updates consistent.

Providers can disconnect in Agentis to remove stored authorization credentials and stop further synchronization. Previously created Google Calendar events remain in the calendar. Providers can also remove Agentis’s access through their Google Account permissions. For questions about Google Calendar data or a data-removal request, email jlp@agentis.studio.

Cookieless website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand website visits, campaign sources, and clicks to try the live demo or contact sales. Plausible does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. You do not need to accept analytics cookies to use this website or for these statistics to be collected.

Plausible processes technical request information, including your IP address and browser information, to calculate statistics. It does not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings. It uses a site-specific daily identifier to estimate unique visitors, without recognising the same visitor across days or different websites. Analytics data is stored in the EU.

Our website analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages, or chat transcripts. We remove URL fragments and query parameters except for campaign labels in the supported format, and reduce referring URLs to their website origin.

On our Overlook Hair & Barber demonstration, we also count when your first chat message is accepted during a page visit. This records that the demo was tried, without including the message or conversation identifiers. This marketing measurement does not run on other salons’ pages.

Preferences and website services

Your colour theme is stored locally in your browser. Blocking browser storage may mean this preference cannot be remembered for your next visit. Hosting and services used to deliver the website receive technical request information, including your IP address. Some display fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Sales contact and chat

Information you share by phone or chat is used to handle your request. Chat runs on the Agentis platform and sends your messages to the chat service. After the service identifies a returning client, the browser widget can store a client reference locally so the service can revalidate it on a later visit. This operational information is separate from website analytics.
